Official Contest Rules

These Official Contest Rules ("Rules") govern the Cashco Financial Back-to-School Contest 2026 (the "Contest"), sponsored by Cashco Financial Inc. ("Cashco", "we", "our", or "us").

By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules and all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored and administered by:

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and closes on August 20, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Mountain Time (MT).

Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Cashco Financial, along with their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter, complete the official online Contest entry form during the Contest Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Cashco Financial's sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible entrant will receive:

One (1) $250 CAD Gift Card

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. Cashco Financial reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw on or about August 21, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.

If the selected entrant:

• cannot be contacted within five (5) business days;
• is found to be ineligible;
• declines the prize; or
• fails to correctly answer the required skill-testing question;

Cashco Financial reserves the right to select an alternate eligible entrant.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Marketing Consent

Entering the Contest does not require you to subscribe to Cashco Financial marketing emails.

If you choose to opt in, you consent to receive occasional emails from Cashco Financial regarding promotions, contests, products, services, financial tips and special offers.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.

Choosing not to subscribe will not affect your chances of winning.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and, where consent has been provided, to send marketing communications from Cashco Financial.

Cashco Financial collects, uses and protects personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

11. Release of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless Cashco Financial Inc., its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

12. General Conditions

Cashco Financial reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

Cashco Financial reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Contest Rules.

All decisions made by Cashco Financial regarding the Contest are final.
